California Consumer Privacy Rights

This page describes the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), and how to exercise them. This page supplements our Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you, the sources we collect it from, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties (if any) with whom we share it.
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request to confirm our practices.
  • Limit the use of any sensitive personal information we may collect. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site.
  • Non-discrimination. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of these rights.

Our Practices

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information you submit through the Site is used only to operate the Site and respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to Submit a Request

California residents (or an authorized agent acting on their behalf) may submit a privacy request using either of the methods below. We will verify your identity before fulfilling any request involving access, deletion, or correction.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof of the agent’s authority and, in some cases, verification of your identity before we act on the request.
