How we run engagements — predictable, transparent, and built for the long term.

We have done this enough times to make it boring. Here is exactly what to expect when you bring us in.

  1. Week 1

    Discovery, access, tooling audit

    A 30-minute discovery call. Read-only access to relevant systems. We map out current tools, integrations, gaps, and goals. By end of week you have a scoped proposal in hand.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    Cleanup, baseline reports, kickoff

    Engagement starts. We catch up books if needed, build baseline reports, set up brand standards, configure ESP, and kick off content pipelines. Your Account Lead and dedicated channel are live.

  3. Weeks 5–8

    First close, first campaigns, first deliverables

    First monthly close ships with full report package. First paid campaigns and SEO work go live. First journey flows turn on. Content rolls out on calendar. Brand reviews running on 24–48 hour SLA.

You own your accounts

You hold the keys to QuickBooks, GA4, Klaviyo, and every other tool. Access is revocable any time.

Plain language reports

No jargon, no acronym soup. If a metric matters, we explain it.

No surprises

Scope, fees, and timelines documented up front. Anything new goes through a written change order.

NDA standard

Mutual NDA on every engagement. Encrypted file exchange. SOC2-aligned procedures.

Month-to-month

30-day notice either way. We earn the relationship every month.

A named human owns your file. You do not get routed through ticket queues.
